Meet Dr. Bart Cohen
Dr. Bart Cohen has been in private practice for over forty years, continuing a family tradition in podiatric medicine that began in 1956.
After graduating Syracuse University in 1980 and the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 1984, Dr. Cohen completed his residency while serving as a clinician at the Philadelphia College of Podiatric Medicine. He has cared for generations of families traveling to our office from across the tri-state area for decades.
Meet Dr. Steven D. Cohen
Dr. Steven D. Cohen is a third generation podiatrist who completed his residency at the prestigious Morristown Medical Center with accreditations in Rearfoot Reconstructive Surgery. He presented his research at multiple conferences throughout residency, however his proudest accomplishment was being nominated by a patient's family member for Atlantic Health System's PETAL Award for Performing Exceptional Tasks and Affirming Lives. While at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine he achieved Dean's List multiple years, won a Student Service Award and was recognized with three different academic scholarships.
Ever since a young age he was interested in the field of podiatry after seeing his grandfather and father practicing in their family office in Pompton Lakes, NJ. He feels privileged to be able to continue caring for the generations of families throughout the tri-state area that his family has been taking care of for seventy years and counting. After residency, he had the honor of also purchasing Dr. Robert Solomon's practice in Florham Park, NJ. He is board eligible in forefoot and rearfoot reconstructive surgery and interested in podiatric wound care.
A Legacy of Care
Dr. Harvey Cohen served in the United States Army and became a clinician and instructor at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Bart Cohen joined his father in practice after completing his training—carrying forward a commitment to thoughtful, patient-centered care.
Today, Cohen Family Podiatry remains a trusted practice for families throughout Pompton Lakes, Florham Park, and beyond.
